Eligibility: Judo Scotland, B.J.A., licence holders only. Competitors must produce a valid license on the day of the competition. The competition is intended for beginners and the less experienced. Current national Age-band medal holders are not eligible to enter Bands A & B
Rules: **British Judo Association 2018 Contest Rules will apply.** Would all coaches please provide a contact email address and the correct weigh of their players prior to the event. All players will be put into pools of 4 or 5 plus or minus 3kg were possible. The organisers reserve the right to close the event when the maximum number is reached.
Weigh In: A draft time table will be on www.strathkelvin-judo.com and emailed after the closing date.

General: *Judo Shiai Program*
This event will be run using the Judo Shiai Program, any coach or table official wishing to familiarize themselves with the system please contact the organiser. It “may” be possible to run a short course prior to the event, dependant on access to the facility.
Video recording of some fights may take place at this event; photographs may also be taken for promotional purposes including publication on websites. By signing the entry form, you indicate your acceptance of these conditions and parents (in the absence of any express objection) provide their consent to the taking and use of photographs and videos.
Camera and video equipment may only be used in the main competition hall.
Spectator entry: £3.00. Under-16 free.
