WEIGH IN TIMES:

Group A (Men novice-yellow) up to U90: 09:30 – 09:50

Group A (Men Novice-Yellow) Over 90: 10:30 – 11:00

Group B (Men Orange-Blue) up to U81: 11:30 – 12:00

Group B (Men Orange – Blue) Over 81: 14:30 – 15:00

Group D (Women – All): 14:30 – 15:00

Competitors will be sorted into weight groups depending on the entry, ideally in groups of 8 so that there are two pools into crossover.
