The main aim of Mat Side Coaching is to deliver, discuss and work with the requirements of a BJA coach when coaching mat side.

This will enable coaches to confidently prepare players pre, during and post mat side at club, area and national level competition.

Please note that without completing this module all BJA Coaches qualifying after January 2013 will not be able to coach players mat side at competitions.
