Weigh In Times


Friday 24th May
All Weights        19.00hrs – 21.00hrs

Saturday 25th May
All Female Categories & M1-M2          08.00hrs –  08.45hrs
M3 – M8       10.30hrs – 11.15hrs

Male competitors must weigh-in wearing competition acceptable judogi trousers, 0.5kg allowance.

Female competitors must weigh in wearing competition acceptable judogi trousers and T-shirt, 0.6kg allowance.

Method of Competition ·  Where possible, seeding and BJA Area separation will be made in the first round stage. Where numbers allow competition will be knockout with repechage.

· The Tournament director reserves the right to change to a system of pools, depending on the numbers.

·  All contests will be 3 minutes in duration

·  BJA rules will be strictly adhered to throughout the tournament.

Please Note · Where there are less than 4 in a category, the tournament director has the authority to combine weight groups. If there are insufficient numbers in age bands over 45 years, the tournament director has the authority to combine age bands.

· Proof of age will be required

  Please produce a valid full BJA or an affiliated association licence when booking in. Unfortunately we are not able to allow participation without a valid full licence nor are we able to refund entry fees.

Spectators fee on the day – Adults £4.00, Children Free.


By entering competitors agree to the following:

·   I will comply with rules set out by the BJA and competition organiser.

·   I understand and agree that neither the organisers of the event nor the BJA (nor any of its officials or members) shall be liable or responsible for any personal injury or for any loss or damage to my property arising out of my participation and travelling in connection with this competition.

· I am totally responsible for my own state of health and can confirm that all details provided are correct.

·  I accept all decisions of the officials/event organisers as final


Grading If time permits, there will be a Dan grading immediately following the last medal presentation of the Tournament. It is for the competed Masters only and your support would be appreciated.

This promotion examination will be conducted by Senior Examiners of the BJA.

High Wycombe Judo Centre has an on-site café and only food and drink purchased from our café is permitted to be consumed in our social area. No food or drink (only water) to be taken into the do-jo.
