Basic aims of the 2022 Area Representatives Meeting includes but is not limited to:

1. Feedback from the representatives on initiatives that need more action
2. Clarification of valid technical official availability and the calling of these to events
3. Mentoring and development of newly qualified and existing technical officials
4. How do we improve the event calling process to increase participation?
5. What do the Area representatives need from the BJA or NCTOC?
