The aims of the 2022 Area Representatives Meeting includes but is not limited to:

1. Feedback from the representatives on initiatives and difficulties that need action
2. Clarification of key handbook processes and provision of Area valid referee statistics
3. Mentoring and development of newly qualified and existing referees
4. How do we improve the event calling process to increase young referee participation?
5. What do the Area representatives need from the BJA or NRC?
