British Judo Memorandum & Articles Consultation Sessions
October 06, 2022
In conjunction with Squire Patton Boggs solicitors, British Judo has conducted a review of our Memorandum & Articles.
A summary of the proposed amendments is being sent to affiliated clubs with the Annual Report and AGM papers, due to arrive on 12th/13th October. A copy will also be uploaded to the website shortly.
The amendments are for approval via a Resolution at the AGM but we wanted to provide clubs with the opportunity to feedback and ask questions prior to the AGM. To this end, we have organised three consultation sessions, as detailed below. If you would like to attend, please register your interest for the appropriate session via the form below and we will be in touch with more details.
Monday 17 October | 6.30pm virtual via Zoom |
Thursday 20 October | 6.30pm virtual via Zoom |
The consultation sessions will be hosted by British Judo Chief Executive Officer, Andrew Scoular, and Chairman, Ronnie Saez. British Judo looks forward to welcoming as many of you as possible.
Wednesday 26th October session has been cancelled due to no registrations being made on this date.

After completing the form you will receive an email confirming your preferred session to attend. If you choose to attend one of our virtual sessions, you will receive a Zoom invitation via a seperate email in due course.
