British Championships 2021 entries are now closed.

Once again, the Championships will be taking place at EIS Sheffield with competitions for pre-cadets, cadets, juniors and seniors taking place across two weekends in December.

COVID-19 Event Guidelines

We hope that you are excited for the return of the British Judo National Championships (BJA Champs) in December. We are working to ensure the Championships return as safely as possible for all, so for those returning, it will be a little different to previous BJA Championships.

British Championships Seedings

The 2021 Welsh Open and C2 competitions will be used to inform the seedings for the Pre-Cadet, Cadet and Junior British Championships 2022. The Home Nation Coaches will alsoreview the seedings prior to being finalised.

Cadet ID List

Will be updated and publicised in early 2022 and relaunched as the Ippon League. Slight changes to be introduced which are likely to include points for individual contest wins at identified Cadet European Cups and to have separate points for individual Waza-ari and Ippon scores.
