	Coaching		Referees / Officials		Promotions / Grading

Director's of Referees are notified of any matters relating to refereeing by the National Refereeing Commission and they are required to circulate this informtion to all individual referees in their Area.

Key duties include:

Forwarding a list of activity of the referees in their Area.

Forwarding applications for IJF assessments, National A' & 'B' class examinations to the National Refereeing Registrar.

To promote the Junior and Senior Schemes within their Area and to promote maintenance of refereeing standards.

To maintain up-to-date records on all referees in their Area relating to grade, level of activity and validation.

To provide prompty information as required by the National Refereeing Commission and circulate prompty information to referees in their Area as directed.

To ensure that Area events are manned with the appropriate number and grade of referees.
