What are the payment options?

Credit cards are not autorised online. Card details are retrieved from a secure website by a BJA member of staff. They are processed manually via the epos terminal in BJA head office. If a credit card is declined, a BJA member of staff will be in contact with a customer to advise them what to do.

Credit card details are not stored by BJA and are securely deleted from the secure server once a transaction has been processed.

Is the website secure?

The page on the BJA webshop that accepts credit card details are accepted uses 128-bit SSL to protect data.

How are the goods delivered?

Goods are delivered to customers using our courier service, and a signature will be required to accept the goods.
