British Judo is seeking to appoint two exceptional individuals for the post of England Talent Coach.
The post holders will provide the highest efficient and effective leadership and coaching to the England Talent Development Programme, contributing to the day to day effective development of players and coaches in England Talent Development programmes at National, Areas and Performance Pathway Centre level. All activity should contribute to Sport England Talent objectives, outcomes and measures lined to the BJA Vision and Mission.
They will contribute to the creation and maintenance of a high-performing culture for athletes within the World Class Performance and Talent Pathway programmes, ensuring the systems and processes are in place to support athletes as they enter, remain and exit the programme.
The post holders will ensure identified England Talent Programme activity is effectively and efficiently managed to ensure players and coaches receive the highest quality experience. They will also ensure the England Performance Pathway Centres achieve their Service Level Agreement annual performance goals/targets, quality of delivery, values and behaviours in accordance with the BJA Corporate strategy.
