As of 1st of April 2008 the British Judo Association’s new Technical Grading Schemes for Mon and Kyu grades become effective. The new Schemes have been in development for many months and their development has been informed by considerable consultation and often heated debate. The new Schemes can be downloaded from the Gradings/Promotions Page of the Technical section of the Website.
