Over 200 British coaches
and performance athletes attended and fully enjoyed a series of
High Performance workshops with Russian World Champion Vitaly
Makarov.
The workshops were staged
in Edinburgh, Kendal and Dartford in November. As well as displaying
and explaining his range of “classic judo throws” – Uchi Mata,
O Uchi Gari, Yoko Tomoe Nage, O Soto gari, etc, Makarov gave a
fascinating insight into how the fundamental technical principles
when fully incorporated in performance judo are the real way to
ensure that all can reach their full potential.
For all Technical matters please contact
