Dear Member:

Please note that there will not be an election this year for the Board of Directors as the number of nominations does not exceed the number of vacancies.  There were three positions up for grabs as two Directors were seeking re-election and one position was vacant (created by the resignation of Karen Roberts). The two Directors in question stood for re-election and we received one further nomination - thereby negating the need for an election. As usual, the results will be announced at the AGM.

Please also note that we did not receive any resolutions to put forward at the AGM this year.
