NATIONAL DIRECTOR OF EXAMINERS

Salary £25K plus up to 10% performance related bonus

The BJA is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced person to fulfil the role of National Director of Examiners. This position will look to develop the Association’s existing promotions system as well as support the development and subsequent delivery of the Technical Grading examinations.

The role will require a person with knowledge and experience of not only the Associations promotion and grading system but with the skills to develop and implement a Promotions and Grading Strategy that will endeavour to assist in the retention and suitable progression of our membership.

This position is initially a two year fixed term position which will be reviewed subject to financial targets being met.
