On Saturday 14 June 2008
at Wolverhampton University, Walsall Campus the BJA held its re-convened
EGM.
Nine clubs attended
and unanimously voted in favor of the new constitution.
The final results of
voting are as follows:

Against: 7 Abstentions: 6
EGM
For: 9 Against:
0 Abstentions: 0
Densign White, BJA Chairman would
like to extend his thanks to the clubs that attended both the
EGM and the reconvened meeting.
This now concludes the
process of the BJA implementing the new Memorandum & Articles
and the Bye-laws which were approved by the Board earlier in the
year.
The Board would like
to thank the members and all head office staff who have contributed
towards this extensive piece of work.
