IMPORTANT EVENT
INFORMATION
Test scales will be available
at registration (where the organisers must be notified of any
weight category changes). Weight category changes can be made
during registration before the official weigh-in. No changes of
weight category will be permitted after the draw has been made.
Players who do not make their weight category will be automatically
eliminated from the competition and entry fees will not be refunded.
As a high number of the
competitors are going to be under 18 an open weigh in
will take place at this event, therefore all players entering
this event regardless of age will be weighed in under U18 rules.
Please note
that due to this ALL competitors will receive
the weight allowance and therefore ALL competitors MUST
weigh in wearing competition acceptable judogi trousers for boys
(0.5kg) or competition acceptable judogi trousers and t-shirt
for girls (0.6kg) .
Players
are NOT permitted to change in the designated official weigh-in
area.
