£15,000 plus a performance based bonus & benefits

negotiable depending on experience)
The British Judo Association
(BJA) is seeking high calibre candidates to add to our Schools
Coaching Programme this coach will be delivering initially in
the Ashford area of Kent as part of a growing Schools programme.
We are looking for a highly
committed individual who has the necessary experience, skills
and ambition to help drive our Association to the next level.
The Schools Coach will:
• Deliver judo classes
and instruction in schools.
• Deliver demonstration
and taster sessions in schools to create more schools based activity.
• Establish School/Club
links to encourage long term BJA Membership and to create and
manage new clubs if required.
• Promote the sport
of judo and judo activity in your area of operations
The successful candidate
will be a BJA Club Coach will have excellent communications skills
and be willing to work flexible hours.
This is a new position
within the BJA and it offers exceptional opportunities for advancement,
both professional and financial, to the right candidate.
Please note that due to
the extensive contact with children this post entails, successful
candidates will be required to under go an Enhanced CRB background
check and supply two references that can attest to the candidates
experience and suitability to work with children
