The British Judo Association
is looking to tap into the forward-thinking recruitment and retention
methods by clubs to setup an Idea Exchange Initiative.
Clubs are invited to submit
ideas which have been well received by their players and region.
The best will be made available for all clubs to consider implementing.
Examples of creative and
original ideas that have recently been put forward include clubs
providing targeted materials for parents and a judo scheme forming
a base for the Duke of Edinburgh Award.
If you’d like to share
your ideas with your fellow clubs to continue the sport’s growth
then please contact us on the details below. Additionally, a Tip
of the Week feature will appear on the BJA website from the suggestions
received.
All tips received by September
1st will be put into a draw for 10 tickets of your choice for
one day at the 2010 World Cup in Birmingham in October.
DISCLAIMER: All travel
costs and expenses incurred will be the responsibility of the
ticket holder.
