2010 British Schools Championships – Injured or ill? Need to withdraw from this event? PLEASE READ

The BJA Events Team want to ensure that the maximum number of players (300) are able to compete in the 2010 British School Championships. If you need to withdraw from this event for any reason, please contact James Sills at events@britishjudo.org.uk or 01509 631695 to inform him that you wish to withdraw and then your place can be offered to someone else who has been placed on a reserve list.

If you advise us that you are withdrawing before Monday 16th March 2010, we will be able to offer you a full refund as this will then give us the opportunity to replace your entry. This refund policy is only in place for the 2010 British Schools Championships because of the circumstances and no refunds, under any circumstances, including injury or illness will be offered after Monday 16th March 2010.

Please note, that because a reserve list system is in operation for this event, ALL competitors will receive a confirmation letter via e-mail prior to the event confirming their entry. Under no circumstances will anyone be able to enter the event on the day if written confirmation hasn’t been received previously, even if a withdrawal becomes available on the day as this will be unfair to the entrants who were placed on the reserve list but didn’t secure a place.

The BJA Events Team are consciously making every effort to fill all 300 places with active competitors for this event.

Thanks

BJA Events Team
