The comp was really tough,
The Japanese, Cubans and all the rest,
Some of the top players in the World,
Although we fought our very best.

Seniors were on Sunday,
Fran and Scarlett were in the mix,
Scarlett broke her nose but still came 5th,
In the 52's Bermoy showed off her tricks.

Spa is where we travelled to,
With the England Squad,
We might look like first aiders,
But we know our job.

We made some new friends,
but some enemies too,
Van Snick, Mad and Paquet were the worst,
They weren't as nice as Denoo.

We planned to get our own back,
We fought our very hardest,
We tag teamed all the Belgiums,
Van Snick ran away the fastest.

We took the afternoon off,
To relax our tired muscles,
Spent it in the spa,
Chilling with all the bubbles.

Travelling there and back,
Mia and Jade attempted to entertain,
Their version of Ushers's "Burn",
Should of been gagged and restrained.

We all had our ups and downs,
The last training came with a smile,
We're on our way home now,
This trip has been worthwhile.
