National Randori

Every Tuesday – 19:30-21:30 – National Randori at the British Judo Centre of Excellence – University of Wolverhampton, Walsall Campus

The Great Britain National Randori sessions take place every Tuesday evening at British Judo’s Centre of Excellence.

All junior and senior squad players who live within a two hour radius are expected to attend National Randori sessions that will run weekly from the launch.

This open randori session is available to all junior and senior players who feel they are at a level to attend (14 and above). Sessions take place every Tuesday and begin at 19:30 and run until 21:30.

They form part of the BJA Centre of Excellence programme, which involves an increased volume of randori on a weekly basis.

Furthermore, will provide a regular opportunity for GB National coaches to see up and coming British talent.

GB Junior and Senior Squad players, if unable to attend, must communicate their non-attendance prior to the
commencement of the session starting at 7:30pm, by email or text to ensure that communication is both time and date recorded, stating their reason for non-attendance for our records.

No communication and a failure to attend will also be recorded.
