COST

£3.00 per candidate or £5.00 per family. Judo Coaches are FOC.

JUDOGI

Players are to maintain the high standards of Judo etiquette and personal hygiene expected by the BJA.

ZORI

Suitable footwear must be worn to the edge of the mat.

COURSE CONTENT

Predominantly Excellence Sessions consist of Tachi-Waza and Ne-Waza drills (including techniques from the Mon and Kyu Grading Syllabi), gripping skills, IJF Contest Rules, conditioning, coaching of competition techniques safely, and structured randori. (Lead Coach : Seth Birch).

COURSE FORMAT

10.00am - 10.15am Registration.
10.15am - 10.45am Warm up/body circuit.
10.45am - 12.15pm Tachi-Waza drills and randori.
1.00pm - 1.30pm Warm up/plyometrics.
1.30pm - 3.00pm Ne-Waza drills and randori/shuttles.

THIS COURSE IS SUITABLE FOR THOSE CANDIDATES SEEKING COACH OR INSTRUCTOR REVALIDATION.
