During this England ExCell Midland session, Keith Merrick, International Referee and Technical Officer for West Midlands will be delivering an update on the new rule changes being implemented at IJF/EJU events from 1st February 2013.

Although a date as not yet been agreed upon, these rules will also be implemented in the UK, therefore it is highly important that all competitive participants become familiar and tuned to the new standards.
