Community Development Coaches 

Development coaches work mainly in their designated areas, they are supplied with Vans and Mats. Their role is to establish Community Club provision and raise membership. They foster and promote Judo to individuals via schools and community projects in partnership with other like minded organisations. It is important the Community Development Coach motivates and encourage participation in Judo at all levels, concentrating on retention and pathways into clubs. They work closely with the RDO within their area.
