Croydon Judo Club enjoy Diamond Jubilee celebrations

Croydon Judo Club celebrated 60 years of success with past and present members at the Croydon Park Hotel on Saturday 12 November.

The Deputy Mayor Councillor David Fitze and his wife joined judo officials and members of sister club from Arnhem in Holland to celebrate the landmark.

The club, which holds a Clubmark bronze award, has established itself as one of the premier judo outfits in the capital.

The evening featured a judo demonstration and presentations and was hailed as a resounding success.
