Calling all clubs – Update your contact details
Preparations are underway for the 2013 Annual General Meeting and since information will be sent to Club Main Contacts in July/August. Therefore, clubs are asked to ensure that contact names, postal addresses (with postcode) and email addresses are up to date.
The AGM will take place on 16 November 2013 (venue to be confirmed) and the BJA Awards Celebration will take place during the evening.

Election Results Announced
The results of the election of Chairman and 3 x Board Directors were announced on 12th October. The successful candidates were as follows:
Kerrith Brown manifesto (Chairman)
Peter Blewett manifesto (Board Director)
Dave Clark manifesto (Board Director)
Andrew Haffner manifesto (Board Director)
The 2011-12 Annual Report has now been published an online copy can be viewed here
Each Member Club has been sent a voting sheet with all proposed Resolutions. Member Clubs will have the option of voting by postal ballot or carrying this voting sheet to the AGM and voting by hand. Proxy voting by other Member Clubs is no longer be offered.
